What to include when contacting support
- Your Dog Meetup email address or username, if you can safely share it.
- The device type and app version if the problem is technical.
- For reports: the username, dog name if known, selected park, date, time, and a clear description of what happened.
- For deletion or privacy requests: whether you want the whole account deleted or only selected data deleted.
- For security issues: steps to reproduce, screenshots where safe, and whether any account or personal data may be affected.
Meetup safety reminder
Dog Meetup is designed for public park meetups in the Republic of Ireland. Meet only in public places, follow local council dog rules, keep dogs under control, respect lead and muzzle needs, and leave any meetup if you or your dog feels uncomfortable.
