Sign-in help

If Dog Meetup says the secure server could not approve your sign-in, use these checks first. Dog Meetup accounts are approved by the live server before access is granted, so the app needs a working internet connection and the correct email/password.

1. Check the live service

Open dogmeetup.ie/health. If it shows {"ok":true}, the API is online.

2. Check your connection

Turn off VPN, private relay, ad blockers, or strict network filters temporarily, then try again on Wi-Fi and mobile data.

3. Confirm details

Use the same email address you registered with. Passwords are case-sensitive. Dog Meetup support will never ask for your password.

4. Update the app

If you are using an older test build, install the latest build supplied by Dog Meetup, then fully close and reopen the app.

5. Contact support

If the problem continues, email dev@prints3d.org with your device model, app version, approximate time of the failed sign-in, and a screenshot of the error. Do not send your password.

Privacy note

Failed sign-in attempts may be recorded in security audit logs with hashed network information, user agent, time, and reason. This helps protect accounts and diagnose service issues.
