End User Licence Agreement
Version 2026-07-13. This agreement grants a limited licence for the Dog Meetup Ireland iOS application and explains responsibilities involving Apple.
Safety first
Dog Meetup is not an emergency or verification service. If you or your dog are in immediate danger, leave if safe and contact local emergency services. Use block and report tools when it is safe to do so.
1. Parties and acknowledgement
This agreement is between you and Dog Meetup Ireland, not Apple. Dog Meetup Ireland, not Apple, is responsible for the licensed application and its content. The licence must be read with the Terms of Use. If App Store Connect applies Apple's standard Licensed Application End User Licence Agreement, that standard agreement also applies to the extent required for distribution.
2. Scope of licence
Dog Meetup grants you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use the app on Apple-branded products that you own or control, as permitted by the Apple Media Services usage rules. The app may also be accessed by accounts associated with a purchaser through Family Sharing or volume purchasing where Apple permits it. No ownership of software, branding, code, design, or service systems is transferred.
3. Permitted use
The app may be used by adults for lawful dog-profile creation, Republic of Ireland park selection, owner discovery, messaging, and public meetup planning. You must follow the Terms, Community Guidelines, local law, park rules, and applicable third-party terms, including your mobile-network and Apple service agreements.
4. Maintenance and support
Dog Meetup Ireland is responsible for maintenance and support required under this agreement or applicable law. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the app. Support requests can be sent to dev@prints3d.org.
5. Warranty and consumer rights
Dog Meetup Ireland is responsible for warranties that apply by law and cannot be excluded. If the app fails to conform to an applicable warranty, you may notify Apple and Apple may refund any purchase price paid for the app. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation for the app. Dog Meetup Ireland is responsible for other claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses attributable to a failure to conform to an applicable warranty. Nothing here limits mandatory Irish or EU consumer rights.
6. Product and legal claims
Dog Meetup Ireland, not Apple, is responsible for addressing claims relating to the app or your possession and use of it, including product-liability claims, claims that the app fails to meet a legal or regulatory requirement, and claims under consumer-protection, privacy, or similar law. Liability is not limited beyond what applicable law permits.
7. Intellectual-property claims
If a third party claims that the app or your use of it infringes intellectual-property rights, Dog Meetup Ireland, not Apple, is responsible for the investigation, defence, settlement, and discharge of that claim.
8. Legal compliance
You confirm that you are not located in a country subject to a United States Government embargo or designated by it as a terrorist-supporting country, and that you are not listed on a United States Government prohibited or restricted-party list. You must also comply with applicable Irish, EU, export-control, sanctions, and local laws.
9. Privacy, content, and termination
The Privacy Policy explains data handling. User content and conduct are governed by the Terms and Acceptable Use Policy. This licence ends if you delete your account or if access is lawfully terminated for serious or repeated breaches. Provisions that by their nature must continue, including intellectual-property, lawful evidence preservation, and accrued rights, survive termination.
10. Apple as third-party beneficiary
Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this agreement. When you accept it, Apple has the right, and is deemed to have accepted the right, to enforce this agreement against you as a third-party beneficiary.
11. Developer contact
Developer and service contact: Dog Meetup Ireland, Republic of Ireland. Email: dev@prints3d.org. Questions, complaints, and claims about the app should be directed to that address. Where no custom licence is supplied in App Store Connect, Apple's standard Licensed Application End User Licence Agreement applies through the App Store distribution terms.
