Dog Meetup

Required agreement

End User License Agreement

This agreement explains the limited license to use Dog Meetup and the rules that apply when using the website and native mobile apps.

Version 2026-05-18 Republic of Ireland only Adult users only

Safety comes first

Dog Meetup is not an emergency service. If you or your dog are in immediate danger, leave if you can and contact local emergency services first. Use Dog Meetup's block and report tools when it is safe to do so.

1. License

Dog Meetup grants you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install, access, and use Dog Meetup for lawful dog-owner social discovery, messaging, and public park meetup planning. You do not receive ownership of the software, branding, code, design, content systems, or service operations.

2. Eligibility and account use

3. User content and conduct

You may create profiles, messages, reports, meetup requests, and related app content. You must not submit illegal, exploitative, abusive, threatening, harassing, hateful, sexual, scam, spam, impersonation, or unsafe content. Dog Meetup may filter, restrict, remove, preserve, or review content and account records where needed for safety, moderation, legal compliance, app-store compliance, security, or support.

4. Meetups and public places

Dog Meetup helps owners coordinate. Owners remain responsible for their own decisions, their dog's behaviour, local council rules, lead requirements, venue restrictions, insurance needs, transport, and decisions to attend or leave a meetup. Meet in public places, follow local rules, and keep dogs under control.

5. Privacy and deletion

Dog Meetup privacy practices are explained in the Privacy Policy. You can request account deletion at account-deletion.html or selected data deletion at data-deletion.html. Some safety, audit, legal, fraud-prevention, and security records may be retained for limited periods where necessary.

6. Third-party services

Dog Meetup may use app-platform, hosting, email, authentication, crash-reporting, map, security, or other operational providers. Where third-party features are enabled, their own terms and privacy notices may also apply.

7. Updates, restrictions, and termination

Dog Meetup may update, change, suspend, or discontinue features to improve safety, reliability, compliance, or service quality. Accounts may be restricted or terminated for serious or repeated policy breaches, legal risk, abusive behaviour, platform-policy breaches, or security concerns.

8. Contact
